Generalized required skills for our interns: - Actively pursuing degree in IT or related engineering discipline (Info Technology, Info Systems, Computer Science, Systems/General/Mechanical/Electrical/Network Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.).
- Experience with Windows 7/Vista Operating Systems and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- College courses within IT / computer engineering field
- Minimum of interim DoD secret clearance required to start.
Generalized desired skills for our interns: - Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and take the initiative to complete projects of varying scope and duration.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
- Highly effective in written and verbal communications.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as strong planning and organizational skills.
- Info Technology course work highly desired.
- Enrollment in Security+ certification course a significant plus.
- Other possible desired skills:
- SQL and/or scripting experience
- Database experience
- Windows Server Experience
- Web Design Experience
