NEW WORLD PASTA COMPANY has an Operations Coordinator opportunity now available at its Winchester VA manufacturing facility.  The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning and scheduling team members, ensuring adequate materials are available, training, developing, and supervising employees to achieve departmental objectives and goals.  This position is also responsible for the compliance with production, packaging, quality, safety, sanitation and regulatory standards.  The "Ideal Candidate" will be a proven communicator/decision maker with the ability to coordinate and lead projects with a positive approach.
