Description
Porto Leone Consulting, LLC is a full service valuation firm
providing machinery and equipment, real estate, and business valuation services
to our clients in all industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare,
and telecommunications. Our valuations are conducted for a variety of purposes
including financial reporting, tax planning and reporting, and business
planning.
Porto Leone is currently seeking qualified individuals to
join our machinery and equipment team.
Responsibilities
·
Work on individual or multiple valuation
projects
·
Valuation modeling and data manipulation
·
Client meetings and interviews (domestic and
international travel required)
·
Market research, modeling, and report writing
·
Communicate and work effectively with all levels
of management
Qualifications
·
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
or Engineering with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative
analysis
·
Excellent analytical/problem solving,
communication, project-management, and teaming skills
·
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and
work on multiple assignments
·
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
·
Minimum GPA of 3.0
·
Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills

Description

healthcare, and telecommunications. Our valuations are conducted for a variety
of purposes including financial reporting, tax planning and reporting, and
business planning.
Porto Leone is currently seeking qualified individuals who
are in the process of earning an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting,
Economics or Engineering and have a desire to utilize his/her technical skills
to pursue a career in the financial and business consulting sector.
Responsibilities
•
Valuation modeling including income approach
analysis such as DCF models and direct capitalization models, cost estimation,
spreadsheet and report preparation
•
Quality control, timing and accuracy of client
deliverables
•
Develop and maintain positive, productive, and
professional relationships with clients
•
Communicate and work effectively with all levels
of management
•
Research market issues and identify market
opportunities
•
On-site client meetings and interviews (travel required)
Qualifications
•
Expected graduation date of December 2013 or May
2014
•
Minimum GPA 3.0
•
Professional demeanor and integrity
•
Demonstrated ability to work both independently
and as part of a team
•
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
•
Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills

Hours: Full-Time Summer Intern
Length: 3-4 months with the potential
